RETURNS POLICY
At LeafTree Creations, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In accordance with Section 16 of the CPA, if a consumer has purchased goods as a result of direct marketing, they have the right to:
Return the goods
Cancel the entire contract without penalty
Receive a full refund
The consumer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with labels still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@leaftree.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
