Delivery’s are made from 9am-4pm on working days only.

Processing of orders is 1-2 working days on resins and in stock products and thereafter delivery is within 2-5 days. Please note that orders placed after 12pm will only begin processing the following working day.

All custom furniture carries a minimum working time of 7 to 14 days to manufacture and complete

NON-DELIVERY/DAMAGE BY COURIER COMPANY

Leaftree Creations makes use of a third party provider for deliveries and will not be held accountable for any damages incurred during transit. All packages are boxed with ample protection and is sealed to prevent leakage or breakage.

In the event of the courier company being responsible for damage or non-delivery, we will dispute a claim from the courier company in order to replace your products. Should the customer need the order prior to the finalization of the dispute period, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value of the initial order.

We strive to supply our customers with the best service as well as high quality products therefore we will do everything we can to ensure a fulfilled outcome, as long as the products qualify for a refund or replacement.
